Just like to say a big thank you to Chris at Arrow Lettings. Chris was my main contact and his service was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and made the whole process of renting a house very easy. He was always ready to help and advise me when needed and super quick to chase up any queries. Thank you once again!

we sent all the necessary documents to rent a house, they took us a month, we signed the contract and when we had to move they told us that the owner no longer wants to give the house and that they are sorry, they replied to phone when they wanted and emails after several days, they did not even call to announce that he would not give us home, if I did not send an email I think you would not even announce, very unprofessional and unserious

No valid numbers given. Replies to emails many days after. It's almost like they do not want people to contact them but they could select and contact whoever they want whenever they want. Never came across such an unprofessional service.
