Normanshire Care Services is a very pleasant environment to work, great team work and very supportive management which has such a positive impact on the moral of the team and thus has a direct correlation with the well-being of the residents. All residents are looked after safely with dignity and in a stimulating environment - the Sensory Room provides mental stimulation as well as a peaceful and safe space. Plenty of activities are done for the well-being of residents and to boost staffs moral. The staff always provide a high standard of care and support to all residents. Both management and staffs are outstanding, they make the residents feel part of a family.
