Very impressed at first. I was constantly updated with regards to the repairs being done. Upon collection I was advised I needed to contact RAC Warrenty as the repair still had an issue. After speaking to RAC I was advised that Buzby's had to make that call. I have spoken to Buzby's advised them of what I was told. I have rung Buzby's for the last 3 days only to be fobbed off with, "I call the RAC and let you know". I called again on the third day at 09.45 to be told "when the Boss gets in I'll speak to him and call you back". I called again at 16.45pm to be told the boss is just getting out of his car.....really!! It's OK, there are plenty of garages who will take care of my Range Rover. I booked in to get my car serviced, on the day of my appointment I arrived they done inspection on my car and told me a few other issues which was very helpful because he was able to order the parts there and then and change them for me on the same day. The manager Usman explained everything in detail and made sure that I fully understood. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I will Definelty be using this garage in the future for family and friends as nowadays you dont find honest mechanics around. Thank You Buzbys.
