Offer (before 3pm)!!! Golden Herbs Chinese Massage in Chingford

Saw the reviews, had suspicions. Called up the number, went very smoothly. Lady was really kind, booked an appointment easily. Drove there and arrived on time. Went in, someone met me, and I got my massage. Pretty relaxing, the next day I felt quite energetic and relaxed. All in all, an amazing massage shop. Really enjoyed my experience, will probably go there again. In my personal experience, the shop is quite nice - including the atmosphere. Very oriental, service was kind.

The service attitude is very good, the massage technology is in place, relieve fatigue and relax, and feel that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage is very good.

Was skeptical to go because of all the negative reviews but still went. I called ahead to book an appointment and they said it wasnt necessary, just turn up at 10am on Saturday no booking required. They dont take card - even though theres a card machine. They asked me to do a bank transfer and as I was putting in the info, a man walked in who they asked if he had a booking. He said no but they told me he needs to go before me as he has a booking and I should come back in an hour. I explained I called and had attempted to book and they said no one told us. There is a little bit of a language barrier for somethings so I wont paint an unrealistic picture but I wont be going there again as I dont see why basic customer service isnt respected. Dont waste your time.

Although I was doubtful as I checked the some of the reviews beforehand, Golden Herbs was an amazing experience. The booking was quick and easy. The phone call was picked up quickly, and I arrived on time for my appointment with no problems, so 10/10 for booking, I had back pain so I went here. I had a deep-tissue massage, and the second day I felt my back pain was lessened. And so I would definitely come back a second time. Normally I do not write reviews like this, but I did enjoy my experience here.
