Kings Florist - Florists in Chingford

I have a feeling all florists are, by their very nature, nice people, but Melissa at King's Florists is probably the nicest of them all. The flowers for my mother's funeral last week really were so impressive. My brothers and I needed all the help we could get and Melissa and her team definitely delivered: everything arrived at the funeral directors at exactly the right time and Melissa brought arrangements to the Royal Forest Hotel herself to decorate the function room where we held our wake. Our guests all admired the excellent presentation and quality of the flowers and everyone agreed the display helped enormously to give my mother a dignified and fitting send off. We're truly very grateful for that.

Dont go if you have 20 to spend As they will spend their time telling you that you are not going to get much instead of telling you they will make you a nice bunch for the money. Too focused on negative selling rather than positive. Its a shame as Ive been using the shop for 20 years and its never been like this with previous owners.

I recently made an order for a bouquet to be delivered. The order wasn't quite right but the lady at Kings was very helpful and rectified the problem quickly and courteously . Very good customer service and a beautiful bouquet delivered.

Ordered flowers for collection and the flowers were healthy and nice but the arrangement of them was terrible looked like a child had done it had to rearrange them all myself and plus the heart decoration that was seen in photos on the flowers was missing, definitely not worth the money

I needed some flowers for a funeral I was attending in that area of London. I spoke to Melissa on the phone and she arranged everything for me, and even the delivery to the local funeral director's that were organising the funeral. Really helpful and respectful, highly recommended!
