Jessica you need some training. My children and I are most upset due to your lack of communication skills. You wasted my time and energy. I hope you use this situation to learn how to NOT treat people.

Called them 3 times already to ask if I could be signed in as a new NHS patient. Every time when I called, they asked me if I could call again next week, reassured me they have a space to book me in. Now when I called today they said they dont. Dont waste your time with them!

Awful service. Didnt treat my son, said hes referring him to kids clinic to fix 2 baby teeth. Never received the referral and after 1.5 years of hunting it down, countless times calling the practice only to hear how the rude dentists and clueless receptionist are kicking ball to each other trying to get rid of me and not give me a solution now when my son is in pain. Telling me he needs a new appointment to get a new referral but he cant have an appointment as he missed ONE (that was to hunt down our referral), refusing to fit him in for 5 minutes to get the referral done which he hasnt done for 1.5 years. Absolute negligence and not willing to take any responsibility.
