First time here at Barclays in chingford had a nice lady who helped me its a shame that this branch is closing on the 2nd December 2022 Barclays bank seem to be closing alot of there banks unfortunately.

I put in more hours work in 1.5 days than they do in 1 week, might as well shut down. Useless. I've lost a lot of time and money trying to pay money in. Could help by allowing more than 1000. to be paid in on phone app.

Super long queue outside the bank, and when I got my turn to go in, was turned away as I was not using the machine... How ridiculous, considering online banking!! I mean the whole purpose of me being there was made to wait outside again for another 15-20 minutes. When I got inside, I must say I was not looked after at all, staff are completely incompetent, they don't have proper training nor they have a clue what they are doing. Therefore I lost 1K gov grant thanks to them. They are stuck in the past with old systems and they do not care about anyone apart from their own big/fat bonuses. stay AWAY from this branch at all costs, if you don't want to loose your hard earned money!! Been their customer for 10 years and this is how they treated me. Complete jokers and cowboys.
