        They told us they couldnt repair a boiler because the company providing the parts went bust and sent us an outrageous quote for a new unit (where labor was higher than the new boiler cost). Fortunately I called the company and found out that not only it was not bankrupt but they do make repairs at a fraction of the cost charged by CW. I also found out they played the same trick on other people in our building. Do your homework before believing them
