        Got his details from rated people. Spoke to Rowan. Did not instil confidence when answering the phone with a grunt but I described the job and was given a price and told could do it on the following Monday and I would be emailed a booking form. It never arrived so I texted my email address to be sure he had it. Still never received a booking form so texted a reminder the next day. Never heard back and he did not show on the day. I have no idea if he is a good engineer or not but based on reliability and communication skills I would avoid.
