Kemco Plumbing & Heating Ltd

I was annoyed with Kemco for a job they carried out on the 16 November. Their quote included changing the two tundish and some g3 pipe work alterations on our boiler. Kemco never completed this part of the work despite it being on the quote, which Kevin acknowledged. To be fair Kemco did say they could come back on the 23 Nov but sadly that one date I could not do. Then I tried calling, emails and WhatsApp but they never got back to me to set a date to finish the work I had paid for. Eventually I managed to speak to Kevin on the phone on the 9 December and I was told they would not be able to come back to finish the work until 2022, so 1-2 months since they visited, which made me feel really upset that I should have to wait so long so I asked for a refund for the work that was not completed. Kemco did process the refund on the 28 January 2022. Both Kevin and his partner were very friendly and polite when they visited and I think the issues I experienced were probably just a combination of them being very busy/ Christmas holidays/ etc. Service: Heating system maintenance
