I give no star for them, I was 7 minutes late, and I called them to let they know. Unbelievable, When I arrived, no one approached me to give me directions, me and my daughter and I were standing there like an invisible when finally the gentleman looked at it as and asked if I could come tomorrow??? Without say, hi, sorry or anything. They refused to attend my daughter, who already did not like this eye test. I was horrified with their bad customer service, and they seem to be racist. It is sad how a professional treats a human being. It doesn't cost anything to be nice. We don't know what people are facing.

Rude stuff. I had a appointment for 3:20 and I was there 3:30 because I live far from there so they didnt help me they dont respect customer I was waiting for my appointment from Friday .what is this im so upset

We have just been charged 16 for a box of contact lenses that it says on the box "FREE TRIAL LENSES, NOT FOR SALE" Scammers...
