Had an excellent experience with Charles sinclair, especially Bobbi who is excellent as a point of contact, always responds quickly and gets things done without hassle as well as taking time to answer any queries regarding anything to do with the tenancy! Charles Sinclaire is a great agency that has been so helpful and communicative during the entirety of my tenancy. Both the owner, Bobby, and his associate, Bobbi, have worked hard to assist with any issues that arose, personally ringing me, attending the flat at the drop of a hat, or sending the right person to fix things. My flat truly felt like a well-loved home, thanks to them. I would highly recommend letting from them!
