Very impressed with the service. Ordered my 5m bell tent and bedroom last summer, has issues with the bedroom bag breaking and the elastic ties on the bedroom itself. Raised the issue to boutique camping and theyve changed the bags and send me a replacement bedroom. Very impressed :)

What an absolute fantastic little gem this stove is. Great quality and it just looks amazing in our 16ft glass house It was so easy to set up and put together. Was definitely worth lighting up outside first to burn any paint smells and smoke away first. Also a great company to deal with and a very speedy delivery too. I bought my 4m leopard spot bell tent back in 2019, and then Covid scuppered my opportunities to use it until last weekend. It is absolutely wonderful! Beautifully made, came with a mallet and was easy to put up on my own with really clear photos in the instruction leaflet. It feels incredibly spacious inside, and rolling up the sides for through ventilation meant the temperature inside was bearable on even really hot mornings. It even fits back into the tent bag. I just love love love this tent, and would give it 6 stars if I could!

After sharing a mate's old bell tent for a few years, we took the plunge and bought a Classic Bell tent. Good price; delivered to front door within 24hrs; clear instructions in packaging; all parts present & correct. Took the new Classic Bell tent to local park for a test erection - it was up and looking good in under 20minutes. 4 stars for excellent service & quality so far. First camping trip now in 4 weeks, if it performs well, and doesn't leak, we'll give it 5 stars then. Update: in early June we roadtested the bell tent at a small off-grid farm campsite in East Cornwall. After 4 days & 3 nights of excellent weather...on the 4th night it started raining just after midnight and continued for 10hours. The tent was great, no leaks, no problems with wind & rain. Definitely a 5-star bell tent now! (pic from campsite of evening before rain).
