Very clear and personable, and incredibly responsive throughout. He made the process as smooth as possible, acting as an intermediary between us, our buyer, and both solicitors as needed. Avoid that company at all cost . Dodgy company. Scammers. They keep your deposit without you being able to rent the property. My friend report you to the fraud action. Give them back their money !!!!

We have rented through Oliver Burn for the last year and a half and they have been fantastic lettings agents. Attentive to any issues we have and always a speedy resolution, as well as keeping us updated. Would recommend them for both tenants and landlords alike.

Agents never call back even after promising so. Managed to get a viewing after constant calls and hanging on the line for 10-15 minutes every time. Agent re-booked viewing multiple times and after getting there at the agreed time, agent was not there. They explained as he was double booked and decided to leave. Absolute nightmare to work with.
