Aspect Roofing

The service that I received from Aspect was appalling. The lack of professionalism, from the absence of an engineer's report after their visit to the subsequent provision of an informal, fabricated report and then the lack of follow up when I complained to Customer Care, was quite shocking. I had another company come round and they gave me a formal report, provided photos and an estimate of costs for the repairs needed. All free of charge whereas I had to pay 113 to Aspect for their shoddy and incomplete service. I have never posted a review of any service I have received but I am so angered by my experience that I now understand why people feel the need to do so.

Money is taken without doing any work as per other reviews Also agreements made over the phone regarding payment are not honoured Payment system is not secure. There was someone elses card attached to our records

Although the roofer was nice and friendly I was asked to sign up to thousands of pounds of repairs on the spot on the basis of limited information. Of course I said no, and the written quote was said to be forthcoming.. Still waiting seven days later despite chasing. And I paid 138 for the pleasure of the initial inspection. Was told and emailed a specific hourly rate plus 20% vat and offered my 15% discount and when they arrived they told me i had to pay for both people even though i didn't ask for 2 people and the people on the phone told me first I wouldn't need to pay, all together I paid nearly twice as much as they said for a small area repair- not even my full roof repair. I'm shocked at how they don't feel guilty about ripping us off, I even tried to tell them that this is not what I agreed on or else I would never have even hired them to come at this price but they were so adamant. Absolutely shocked. Wish I listened to the reviews before hiring them. Service: Roof repair
