A unique gym with a super friendly community. Couldnt recommend highly enough - my only regret is not joining sooner!

Ive started training at Hex after struggling through on my own at another standard local High street gym. Im so glad I did because it makes such a huge difference having knowledgable friendly staff programming a session and supervising, motivating and ensuring everything I do is done correctly. Highly recommend Hex to anyone who is looking for something new to kickstart their training.

I don't usually go to gyms as they can be a bit daunting. Hex was welcoming and friendly and the class was well explained. It was my first ever strength class so I literally had no idea what the names of exercises were or what the equipment was but I was made to feel relaxed (as far as you can be when doing strength training) and I managed to push myself and do somethings I'd never done before. I wasn't sure I'd enjoy it but I did so thank you Hex people. I do live quite far away but if I'm in the area I'd happily train again.
