The Grantham Practice

I usually find this place really great and understanding, but today I called around 2pm just asking if my meds could be processed as urgent because I left it a bit too late. She kept repeating "2 days" over and over and how its my responsibility. Which yes I agree with but I explained my medication is for mental health and I fell into a bad depression. She then just kept repeating herself in a really rude voice. This has only happened one other time when I was doing bad but the receptionist was so so understanding before. I would have given this place a higher rating but whoever I spoke today was rude and unprofessional. No empathy whatsoever which you kind of need to work in a doctors practice! Even when I asked if she could ask my Dr quickly she said she can't do that?? But they've done that before? I don't understand why some people go out of their way to be rude, I'm glad this lady clearly has no personal experience of struggling with their mental health.

Doctors and nurses are generally great, but reception staff have been rude and condescending on a number of occassions.

I loved being a patient of this GP.Lovely nurse, HUMAN AND INCREDIBLE doctors. I would have loved to have continued with this incredible GP. Doctors worthy of the Hippocratic Oath. I really appreciate the care and professionalism that I was treated. I moved house and changed GP, THE DIFFERENCE IS VERY HUGE. I wish success and all the best for all employees of this GP. I love you.
