        Paid for goods in full. Company took our money and did not send the goods at all. Repeatedly lied to us. We have filed a formal complaint with the Offices of Fair Trading and our Embassy. We await a result.

        After a delay and lack of communication, some of the goods ordered have finally arrived. No explanation for the delay, but good to know that the company is legitimate. The remainder of the order is expected. Will update with the final outcome.
