        Refused to take my parcel claiming "the machine is not working" for several times. They told me to call before coming. I did, he said yes, the machine is working and when I got there, he said "no, the machine is not working. It's technology. I cannot do anything about that" Don't bother going there if you have a Collectplus parcel.

Hes always more than happy to help with hes constant positive mental attitude, which he applies to every situation! The best customer experience that other stores could learn a great deal from!
