        The girl at the clinic is very friendly and sweet. My treatment was very pleasant and relaxing and they have many more that I can't wait to try.

        Booked a waxing appointment for 10 am. Policy on their website clearly states to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Upon arrival doors were closed and receptionist refused to let me in at 9.45 am for no reason. Insisted i go and come back after 10 minutes , btw it was freezing cold outside and she just watched me stand outside for about the amount of time she demanded with no remorse, regardless of the fact that i did ask her if i could sit in the waiting area. Not a happy customer. Somethings are just ethically wrong when comes to serving people who pay you for what you do. Service is not free. Not going back!
