Had a cut, blow dry and deep conditioning treatment. The conditioning was fine, the haircut was below average (when I got home I saw lots of random bits sticking out/ longer than other bits) and the blow dry was really quite bad. She blamed it on my hair (its quite fine) but ive never had a hairdresser not be able to do a simple blow dry on me before (and I also can do myself perfectly fine every week). I asked for it to be bouncy and framing my face, and I left with it looking like my hair when it air dries at home ie completely flat. Im really not one to complain (this is my first google review) and I know small businesses are struggling right now, but I feel slightly frustrated that I chose to spend my money here rather than any other of the local hairdressers, whom Im sure would have done a really good job and work really hard.
