Called on a Monday morning and asked if I could bring my son in for a haircut, they said they didnt take appointments but asked what time I wanted to come - I told them 6pm, they said okay.
We get there, not a single soul greeted us despite two guys hanging out at the front of the shop and one guy towards the back, and there were no other customers. I asked if there was a queue, they tell me no, Im next. Wait around a few minutes ask who the barber was because no one is even acknowledging that were waiting. Finally, one guy starts asking the others who was going to cut my sons hair, all of them said theyre tired and cant be bothered. Complete waste of my time especially considering I called before bringing him. Service: Kids' cuts
