Useless the lot of them, cant believe they have contracts with the council, dont fix nothing just constant excuses everytime from each engineer

Never answer emails or phone calls to arrange gas inspections. Turn up at the wrong times saying they be at pm then arrive at 8am. No communication and then they tell the council they can't get entry. Well if they answered there communications they would as we could arrange a mutually beneficial time instead they ignore. Exeter city council sack liberty gas.

Cant put photos as know one showed up replacement appointment as they didnt turn Up last time , this time I rang at 9.20 as the engineer was comin between 8 am and 1 so thought I would check . Told he couldnt narrow it down , I said I was surprised no trackers on van or job list so they could work out where he was . Got to 1pm rang as engineer not turned up woman couldnt get hold of engineer and no way of checking where he was , said they would ring back rang back at 2 .30 pm saying didnt have correct engineer to fit part as it would need service , I did say why could they not tell me this a when I rang first thing as I took the morning off ,. I suggested they ring my partner to sort this out , they told him I had not rang them ! Then told him a different story they have rebooked for Friday 3rd June ( bank holiday ) so we will see ,,, not holding my breath .
