Greenthumb Lawn Treatment Services

This company is run by crooks. Due to Covid we had to cancel as finance was very tight. The service personnel agreed he would sort it. In September we had a invoice for 4 treatments we did not have we where on furlough and shielding for 18 weeks, our grass went brown we had no calling card in door we where in permanent residence and couldn't have missed the visit I came home to find my wife in tears as she tried to tell the rude woman that we had paid up to date she pretended not to have correct details to get them again Then she email false invoices I may report to police

A complete waste of space. It cost me more to recover my Dogs than the service was worth had they been successful. They weren't.

Just spoke to the boss Richard. He couldn't have been less helpful. After identifying a large patch of Moss in my lawn, post scarification, I asked him what he would be able to do about it. Bearing in mind I've paid him a fair old sum to fix it. His reply was, "You don't exactly have a bowling lawn". Perhaps for next time Richard, an apology and offer of some moss treatment would go down better. Perhaps Greenthumb UK should look at a new franchisee for their Exeter area.
