        I usually use a larger PO in Newquay or have daily collections but recently Ive been using Lanivet PO and Im really pleased with it. Staff are v helpful and kind. Parking available too. Its lovely to see a village with a PO still open

        Tried to post pre paid for items done on click and drop via my local post office and the staff just looked at me confused and said sorry I can't take that, you can take that because your website and customer service said you can. Re training needed, rude, unhelpful, arrogant.

        Worst post office experience ever. The lady needs more customer service training. Rude Attitude towards the customers. No proper opening times either. They open whenever they want. Avoid this place
