I stumbled across this company whilst searching for some information I needed relating to a clients existing generator setup. I called and chatted with a chap called Steve who was extremely kind in giving me all his time advice and the reassurance I needed. We purchased a new Generator unit from Generator Sales and Servicing Co. The unit was delivered without issue with Steve making himself available to oversee delivery and ensure correct operation. 6 months later we wanted to modify the Generator controller settings to meet our exact requirements. GeneratorSAS helped us direct our questions to the manufacturer and we successfully customised our unit as directed by both the manufacturer and GeneratorSAS. Excellent service and would recommend to others.

I cannot recommend this Company enough. Had a problem with our 14kva Genny, as we didnt fully understand how it works. Steve had all the time in the world to talk us through and guide us accordingly. Absolutely 5 star local business.
