Do not let this wannabe builder sell you a used car let alone a house. We were told a gas fire would be fitted after we moved in only to discover the plumbing is not even there to allow for this. We were told our house had dual control thermostat only to discover that the thermostat upstairs is not connected to anything and the heating system and boiler are not built to allow for dual control. Our roof was not properly fitted allowing for water to get in and create damp patches on our roof. Our en-suite shower leaks resulting in the skirting board rotting and having to be taken off. We have two windows that allow water in creating damp in the wall around the window. We also have numerous other smaller issues. After two years how many of these issues have been fixed? 0. This man should never be allowed to sell another house and the NHBC are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
