        A lovely house with kitchen and bathrooms done to a high standard and very comfortable beds and pillows. It's a central location for visiting North Yorkshire Water Park Filey, Alpamare and Eden Camp. Our favourite beach Hunmanby was recommended by the owner and had ample parking and a great beach cafe. Communication from Kerry the owner was extremely good too
