        Royal Mail itself is a pretty awful institutuion. Fortunately it has some good postmen, one being the gentleman who redelivered my mail today which had been returned to the Westover Sorting Office because I was out. I went to get it unaware that the opening hours wer so brief -= a round trip of 10 miles. I could have also gone today Saturday because the websit says it is open till noon but I didn't trust it and of course you can''t get any answer from Cusatomer Services who will be using Covid as an excuse for the next 20 years.. So thank you for the postmen who do a good job despite their employers..

        I can understand why this sorting office has reduced opening hours, but to make those hours between 07.00 to 09.00 on a Monday, is incredibly inconvenient! Monday is my only day off and I'm unable to come til next week! Like so many organisations, the PO seems to be taking advantage of lockdown to suit itself not it's customers.
