        I am disgusted with the rudeness of the older woman that works behind the counter. I have been in several times with parcels and she is insulting and ignorant. I asked her why she was rude to me when i have only ever been polite to her and she ignored me! awful behaviour!

        I needed to return an Amazon parcel via Evri and the old woman behind the counter was so unhelpful and rude. The shift manager apologised but nothing was done about it. Disgusting.
