I can't praise Katie enough! I've suffered with acne for over 46 years and was at the end of my tether as to how to try and manage the condition. I've tried everything over the years and have found the advice I've been given in the past by doctors or other beauticians has either been wrong, expensive, damaged my health, misleading or made the condition much worse. Katie has suffered with acne herself and knows how distressing it can be and we worked together to find products and a skin routine to suit my condition and pocket. Katie is passionate about making a difference for her clients and she is a joy to spend time with. 1 month on and my skin is clearer and more comfortable. I finally feel listened to and supported for a condition that I find very distressing, painful and not in control of. Katie made me feel so much better and I'm looking forward to working with her longterm. She really has made a big difference to my skin and self confidence. A very caring and genuine lady.
