Smilebikes

Picked up my new bike on Saturday. Was most impressed by the shop and lovely building and area. Was offered a very nice coffee while my bike was moved outside. Great expert advice about setting up and riding the bike. Then taken for a couple of miles ride to make sure all was well. Amazing team who care and took the time to explain everything. Really pleased with my purchase and looking forward to many miles exploring Norfolk.

ian i would just like to thank you guys at smile bikes for making the purchase of my wife's new e bike such a wonderfull experience.... i purchased the bike online,and traveled from west yorkshire to collect it.... we were greeted with a warm welcome....and a very delicious coffee... tim to my surprise wanted to see how the bike fitted my wife... after carefully watching her ride up and down ..he suggested a few alterations ,raising the handlebars with an extension post,and fitting new larger handlebar grips etc.... what a difference this made to her posture,which can only enhance her love for cycling.... once again i can't thank them enough for there enthusiasm and going the extra mile...

I wasn't expecting to get an ebike the day my chain snapped close to Smilebikes. But while I was waiting for them to fix my chain, I tried one out. Big mistake. I left with my bike sorted and an ebike ordered. I've always enjoyed cycling and owning an ebike has made it so much better. My mileage has increased and hills - no problem! Tim gave me the right advice on the best ebike for me and that unplannned test ride has been invaluable. Tim is brillliantly supported by Jane and Shelly, and the coffee is excellent.

Top class, all-round service! Above average selection of quality e-bikes. Attention to detail is second to none and the chance to road test bikes on site is a welcome bonus. Certainly well-named, you leave with a smile after the SmilE-Bike experience!
