Orchard Veterinary Centre

Ive been with Orchard Vets for 15 years and wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. The friendliness and caring nature of the staff exceeds expectation. In the past year Ive had to have two of my amazing Shih-tzus put to sleep (due to old age) and way my fur babies and my family were treated will remain with me forever. Likewise with regular appointments and emergency appointments for my puppy they are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a reliable, professional and friendly vet then look no further. Thank you, especially to all the staff at the Oldbury branch

Wouldnt take my two staffie boys anywhere else,. Younger one went to puppy classes with Natalie so he has no fear of going to see the vet now and know he will get fussed and a little treat! My older, anxious rescue recently had to have 8 teeth out and he was cared for really really well, I swear he was made such a fuss of that he was disappointed to see me when I went to collect him

my dog had operation at wednesbury branch .staff very caring as my dog suffers from seizures and is very nervous .cant fault the care offered to her .even though shes had a few problems afterwards they always had time to reassure me .and see her thank you to all

I'm absolutely disgusted! I noticed my cat had lost her sight in December and took her to get checked. They ran some blood tests and checks to confirm she was completely blind. I was charged 373.85 & was told she would need a lifetime of medication. This week I ran out of her pain relief and called to get a prescription which I was happy to pay their 25 pounds. Buying the medication online was going to save me 60 pounds, however after being told to buy the medication and given them the reference number they refused to give me a prescription as they would need to see the cat again, bearing in mind she had a full health check on December 13th and was fine with everything other than her eyes, it's only the 17th of February and they are trying to get even more money out of a single mother on maternity pay! Absolutely appalling service. My pet is being moved to the same veterinary as my dog, these do not charge for follow up checks after paying huge amounts of money for products that cost a few pounds! The motive of this vets is financial gain they do not care for your animal! They are the one's who prescribed the metacam for her, I only needed some more, yet they would allow her to suffer because I won't pay a 45 pounds charge for them to look at her again for absolutely no reason. I'm not happy and would never take her to a vet like this, even if it was free! My cat will get what she needs without the financial burden this veterinary clinic. 0 Stars!

They wouldn't put me on there health scheme because I own a bully and they didn't want anything to do with my dog I love and care for my dog like everybody else and as a vets I think they should as well
