        Hey All please do protect to take your car to there because they crashed my car and gave to me the fake promise to repair and the last minute they asked me to pay 4150 to repair my car and even the manger whos name is Jayson is proper actor to make your empty wallet This is the worst worst branch uk And the Laurent is the stuff of the uk head office BMW is hes doing Acting like Jayson I recommend every driver please dont take your car to the synter Oldbury BMW

        My husband is disabled having suffered a serious brain hemorrhage 5 years ago leaving him sadly unable to ever drive again. I'm now the car owner and driver and having bought a used MINI Clubman Cooper S I required a small part (cosmetic) my husband contacted the dealership and was given the contact details of the parts manager Andrew who not only sourced the part but had it delivered to our home via a delivery driver! Incredible service thank you so very much.
