Got a blown bulb in our flats communal area the last TWO WEEKS. I've had to chase them the past week and being told that it's marked as urgent and someone would be put the day I called. No one showed - what a surprise! It was escalated on Tuesday when I called and the guy I first spoke to was rude as was the woman who called me back. Was told it was booked in for today (13th Jan) and guess what? A no show ... I called them earlier to make sure someone will be ou the woman was certain that it would be fixed today ... I'm now seeking further advice as this is a health and safety issue.

Barely turn up when they say theyre going to, we have had a repair that has needed doing for a good few months now and it has just been pushed back from today until the end of the month, seemingly they did not have the materials needed for the job or something. Last time the guy did not realise that it needed doing. What will it be next time I wonder.

A friend of mine, who is disabled and has mental health issues, called up to get their flush fixed on their toilet which snapped the night before. They were told that no one could be out until Thursday, the repair was reported on a Tuesday, so my friend put their foot down and stated that they need the toilet. All that was mentioned was to pour water down the pan to "flush" until it's fixed. Which part of disabled do these people not understand?! So then someone did come out the same day only to not have the right part (not the workman's fault I may add as he tried his best). The guy said that he'd be back out first thing in the morning with a new part and he'd call it in. An hour after he left Axis called my friend, who is already in tears through stress and worry over another issue on top of this, and told that no one can come out until Thursday! Seriously ... The housing association need to find a better company than these people to do their repairs. As allowing a disabled person who can't lift a plate most days, let alone a heavy bucket of water, to go without basic sanitation needs is appalling! We are going to be putting in a complaint to the housing association and local MP as this is disgusting behaviour and attitude.
