My daughter had a horrible experience at this chemist with the lady serving. Her 8 week old son had just had his first immumisation and PORTWAY healthcare practice had advised she could get free calpol from any chemist. We called in there and were refused unless your on universal credit. For the record boots she's always worked and paid into the system, currently on maternity leave and meds for her newborn son are available on the NHS. The Dr when we saw him, and the nurse were gobsmacked. Dr sent a prescription to the chemist and when we went my daughter was told she was wasting NHS funds. Disgraceful. My daughter has anxiety anyway, it was an emotional day and this woman didn't help at all.
