Only positives when I used Carlton solicitors. I've tried using many different solicitors in the past, just to be messed about. Carlton Solicitors are Professional, Quality, Responsive and Proactive. I have used Carlton solicitors to witness me signing documents that I needed to use abroad. Raj Padhiar came and witness the signing. He met with me at my home, Raj was very helpful, polite and professional. Raj came out very last minute and was accommodating and understanding of my predicament. Raj definitely went above and beyond. Showing that old fashion hard work still exists. I would highly recommend Raj and his colleagues at Carltons solicitors.

The lady on the phone is extremely abrupt and rude, has no patience to deal with any query!! I just spoke to her asking about wheelchair access and she gave me a very stern and rude response, said thank you and put the phone down on me, not accommodating at all!! Its now been almost two weeks Ive since I first contacted them followed by several emails and called several times now and left a message for Mr. Raj to get back to me regarding a letter to be notarised so I know the exact cost. But just because the document couldnt be accessed the first time Ive not had any response eversince!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!

I had an extremely bad experience and really felt cheated after paying 360 for a service that cost only 60 in other notary offices. I went there to certify a document and I was charged 360 for the service. A friend of mine who went to a different office was only charged 60 and on top of that his passport was also certified within the same price. I contacted the office back to know why there was such a big disparity in prices as I was charged 6X more but I didnt receive any answer. What makes it worse is that unlike my friend whose application was accepted, mine was rejected. So I might have to spend another 60 on top of the 360 that pointlessly went to the drain. Please be very careful. Have a rough idea of the cost around before enquiring any service.
