Asda Oldbury Superstore

Ive used Asda Oldbury for nearly 10 years and watched it go from average to absolute rubbish. Yesterday 5pm on a Saturday only 2 tills open queued way back up the isles and nearly every one of the useless self serve check outs were flashing red waiting for a store clerk to come and over ride something. The only reason Ive used it for so long is convenience but thats it Im done. Some of the staff are friendly enough but some very rude unhelpful ones as well, very poorly managed store.

Vist this store regular. Sometimes the que is off putting due to lack of tills on . Again Asda trying to save money on less staff . Yet food prices creeping up . Think you need to up your game with farm food due to open up down road and Aldi across the road . Not the most best Asda Ive being to either . Store sometimes is messy and out of date products
