Jaguar Assistance

Absolutely worst experience ever today- Got phoned yesterday by Jag assist to advise me there was a courtesy vehicle 23plate and service arranged for today for heating issue to our i pace- Wife gets there today- and surprise surprise - the courtesy car has not been allocated by Jag Assist and worse still its not showing up in their system for a breakdown service today?? As usual Jaguar Hillington personnel try to pap the issue over to Jag Assist and vice versa - meanwhile I just drive back into work none the better- End result-Diabolical communication between Jag Assist and Jag Hillington.

Absolutely shocking service!! This is 4th time the car has gone to dealership now. The courtesy car team are liars. I went to pick the car from enterprise who offered me smaller car and told me due pricing jaguar offers we can only offer this car (nothing to do with availability)which was of no use. I called jaguar assist to sort this issue out but they told me it is do with availability and nothing to do with pricing as I am booked for premium car ,and also told me that they will speak to enterprise who then told me its do with pricing and not with availability! Now left without car until the car is fixed and have to rent out car privately.
