The business should be SHUT DOWN as during the time in the salon doing the hair bleaching and colouring, it caused hair loss every time when I touched my hair. The hair colour dye damaged my hair and my hair broken into different lengths. The old lady hairdresser (Jane) was very rough on my scalp and trying to hide the fact she damaged my hair by using the comb to brush away all the damage hair! She didnt even pay attention to the time when she was dying my hair because she was doing another customer at the same time. Any hairdresser with common sense would leave a tiny distance from the scalp when doing bleaching if the customer asked for the root done. She just directly put her bleaching product on my scalp and the bleach mixture feel like paste instead of liquid!! She know my hair is damaged and broken but at the end she used straightener on my hair???? Aint she know it will completely damaged the whole hair???? I wasnt supposed to get my hair cut but there was 2cm hair entirely dried out after the straightening so I have no choice to cut all my hair short. I dont understand why I have to bare with your fault when u done something wrong with my hair. After I went back home, my scalp still burns and I realised pus were leaking out. All redness and burnt marks are on my scalp now and it caused me more to go to urgent cares centre and wasted all the unnecessary money because of her! Pus didnt stop for at least two days now. And my doctor told me I have serious scalp infection and has to take antibiotics for whole months. We tried to call and told Jane what she did and she just denied everything and shirked her responsibility. She refused to do the refund after all the terrible experience I had with her and she only thinks about her own benefit without actual concerning and caring about the customer. She said I need to the root done and that why she put it directly on my scalp. You dont have common sense? You wont ask? This simple matter shouldnt have been told by a customer to a hairdresser! Should I need to remind you everything when u do my hair? Then why would I have to waste money on the salon when I need to tell you every step of hair dyeing? GUYS PLEASE NEVER GO THERE AND GET YOUR HAIR DONE. Oh yea she didnt bleach my hair evenly just for the record. Service: Hair coloring
