Causeway Green is basically the pool of Bathesda. If you cannot get into the pool when the water stirrs and you've got something preventable, just prepare your funeral rites. Eye infected and cannot see? Sorry mate, can't see you unless you call us on our 3 telephone lines which are always rammed between 8 or 2. Small possibly cancerous growth getting a little too large for comfort? Sorry mate, can't see you unless you call the rammed lines at 8 or 2. Can't I just email a photograph of my ailment to the doctor with a 10 word description of it to find out if I need to investigate further?? Computer says absolutely not ... Sorry mate, can't see you unless you call the rammed lines, try 8 or 2. I didn't realise Langley had so much in common with 10AD Jerusalem. GOOD TO KNOW THOUGH! (Update) they had a new receptionist, (a black lady) who raised standards 100x. Had to get some tests done, they were gonna send me to Wolverhampton on a work day despite that being WAY further from where I lived, obviously the mighty computer said no so Wolverhampton it was, however this lady called me up having seen it on the system and asked if I'd prefer a closer place (which I would) arranged it with the closer hospital and boom, two weeks later I'm in, been tested and awaiting my results. I was genuinely stunned. Dunno where that lady's gone but seriously, Langley needs her back.

I believe with my whole heart that this GP press a button on the phone at both 8am and 2pm that doesn't allow any calls to get through. Every single time I try to call their 'queues are at capacity and the call ends' yet you never actually manage to enter said 'queue'. Awful service on the reception desk. Cold and unfriendly too.

The worst GPs surgery Ive had the displeasure of being at. Never any appointments, staff are unhelpful and slow. Took me 8 weeks to get my 3 year old to see a nurse to get her injections done. Couldnt even get in for an emergency appointment. Ive never physically seen a doctor but theyre happy enough to prescribe antibiotics to my 3 year old via telephone without examining her. AVOID!!

The receptionists are very miserable and arrogant, especially the colour lady which shows a lot of racism. The appointment program is a mess. Looking forward to be contacted by a manager before I make an official complaint.
