Yoga with Amanda

This was a truly wonderful retreat with Amanda. I arrived feeling rattled and tired and I left feeling balanced and rejuvenated. Amanda is a great yoga teacher - and she very generously gives so much more than just the practice. There was time to think, to reflect and to connect with ourselves. Even the snacks were top notch. Thank you. I cant wait for the next one!

A wonderful four hour bubble in which I felt truly relaxed and nourished. Amanda looked after and guided us so well, lots of thoughtful touches and a beautiful venue. Cant wait for the next one!

Amanda is a fantastic yoga teacher. She is warm and caring and her sessions are always well planned and engaging. Amanda allows you the space to develop your practice whilst still guiding you to grow both in your yoga practice and also as an individual. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
