Garden Fortress

Dean and his Garden Fortress team fitted a garden office for us and we couldnt be happier with the end result. Communication was excellent throughout the project, Dean and his team turned up promptly every day and worked incredibly hard to ensure the project was completed on time. The build site was very well organised and kept clean. I would highly recommend Garden Fortress.

I did a lot of research (all the large nationals as well as local independents) before choosing Garden Fortress and Im so pleased I did. Dean has been extremely professional, efficient and a meticulous grafter, he communicated at every stage and has delivered an amazing garden space for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend, he knows his subject inside and out and wants to deliver the best high quality product and finish in line with the clients bespoke requirements. Wow! I am so pleased that I chose to have Garden Fortress build my garden office. Their working standards are so high and everything is built to perfection. Dean keeps you well informed every step of the way and I am amazed how tidy everything is at the end of every day. Thank you so much for my new workspace, it is truly stunning.

Work is still unfinished since December 2021. We were sucked in by the reviews too. We paid up in full and there is still shoddy work to finish. He doesn't like being questioned on any aspect of the build. Customer service skills are non existent. When challenged on the slightest thing he became defensive, aggressive and goes out his way to blame everyone other than himself. His lack of communication on materials, delivery, storage, waste etc caused a number of issues. If you need the correct information it's best to ask his labourer. Wouldn't recommend this builder to anyone because of the issues, steer clear. Hold money back to snag - he won't return to complete or fix issues.

We've just completed furnishing our Garden Fortress garden room and could not be happier with the result. The building is beautiful and the work has been carried out to a very high standard. The room is only 5x3m but it's amazing how spacious it is. Half of the room will be dedicated to my older boy's gym equipment and half to my younger boys chill-out area. Now that it's all complete I suspect we'll see very little of the boys....until it's time to eat! Dean and the Garden Fortress team have done a fantastic job. Dean kept us informed every step of the way and all of his chaps were tidy, polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble including the 30 or so steps to the back garden and the 40 degree temperature. I strongly recommend Dean and the Garden Fortress team.
