We passed Northcote Park - Pringle Homes site the other day and noticed that the render finish they have used at the Cavendish show home is exactly the finish we have been searching for our self build in Preston. I messaged them to ask if they could let me know what render they were using as we wanted to use it on our own self build, I was not looking to purchase a property and despite this they treated me like I was one of their own customers looking to purchase a property, they were polite and friendly and answered my request promptly and were extremely helpful. If I was in the market for a property I would certainly be looking at Northcote Park-Pringle Homes. It's a beautiful layout, the houses are positioned well on the street and its clear that whoever designed the layout and style thought very deeply about the whole development. I love to see sites that have been constructed where each property looks individual and they each have their own space and character, the site that has been completed at the Northcote Park is beautiful and everyone involved in the development should be very proud.
