Mr.Wheeler Wine

The claim that this company choose better wine is amply justified. My wife and I have never had a bottle from them that was less than excellent. The delivery service is reasonably good, although, unlike other companies, they or rather the people they employ, sometimes have difficulty finding our house or identifying and supplying the wine we have ordered. The crucial matter for us is that, when things go slightly awry, they are dealt with quickly and smoothly. When we had the incorrect items in our most delivery, we contacted Robin James, who deals with customer experience, and his response and service were first class. Everything is five star apart from the delivery service, in terms of picking out the wines weve ordered and finding our house.

Very disappointed. They took over Vineyards Direct and with it wine ordered by myself. They NEVER EVER answered emails to try and sort things out, even though all evidence was provided. My calls came to nothing as "Mr Wheeler would get back to me"; never did.
