Rutland Garden Village Oakham

I have visited the Rutland Garden Village many times and always found the staff to be helpful and the service excellent. The garden centre has a huge range of products available including an extensive range of plants and small tress through to Firewood and BBQ's and fire pits. The new farm shop is excellent and they have many other retailers and amenities onsite.

Not visited this garden centre for a good few years so thought I would give it ago... only to be somewhat disappointed, they had what I wanted which was great but it took some finding and there was no one around to ask. Upon wanting to leave and pay I couldn't see where to go, even asked a couple of other shopper who were as stuck as I was knowing where to go. Having found the till and 3 staff members chatting, no good afternoon, no did you find everything you were looking for... just give me your money, and not even a thankyou....just felt like I was interrupting.. which obviously wasn't the case but just left thinking was my visit worth it.... I do believe that stock is important and well as reasonably priced items but customer service is paramount and I just didn't feel like I received that today sadly
