Ball Gown Heaven

It's nerve wracking walking into a shop when you want your daughter to feel like a princess but you don't have an unlimited budget. But I was fine at Ballgown Heaven. The staff were great, in particular Adrian and the young lady who was helping him. Adrian picked out the most beautiful dresses for my daughter to try. He was funny and engaging and also honest and he really knew his dresses. The shop had 2 floors of gowns, with every colour and style imaginable. Adrian was discreet about my budget and helped to ensure that the dresses that we tried on were the ones that matched my affordability without my daughter even realising. She came away with the most beautiful gown and I'm a happy mum.

The staff were very helpful, although the male was a bit OTT at times. The shop is very small with not a great variety of styles of dresses, not saying that the dresses they had were not beautiful but they were all similar styles.p

What a beautiful selection. Great service from start to finish. Firstly we made an appointment and was made to feel so welcome. Adrian made my daughter and her friend feel at ease straight away. Sandra was so accommodating selecting dresses of the rails of what would suit. It was lovely having the nice old banter back giggling all the way through our appointment. Nothing was too much trouble. Returning to collect the dress What can I say. Another 5plus rating from us. Been and collected Annies prom dress from Ball Gown Heaven. Adrian and Sandra went above and beyond yet again to make sure Annie was happy with her dress. She tried it on, as was ordered in, just to make sure everything was perfect and it was, not rushed, time taken in Annies time. Thank you once again guys, youve made another girl happy. We will be back.

Great selection of dresses and brilliant service, they knew just what would suit my daughter and made shopping an absolute pleasure.
