I attended a training course by Kate on communication skills and found it really useful. It was very informative and she was knowledgeable and would definitely recommend her and attend any future sessions.

I saw Kate for a number of weeks for bereavement counselling after my husband died of cancer. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. She was totally professional, cared, listened, and helped me immensely at a time when I was feeling at rock bottom. She gave me focus, strength and ideas for me to go forward in my life. I've never had counselling before, was very nervous about going. Opening up, crying infront of Kate. But it was all part of the healing process I needed and Kate was definitely the best and the right choice when looking at choosing a therapist to talk to. Her nature, her way, her calmness but expertise all put me at ease so I felt I got so much back from my sessions. I have since seen her over a recent relationship break down and again Kate sound advice and helped me tremendously. I would always recommend and use Kate.
