There needs to be a 0 star button here Google.
Similar to others here, I am concerned that ArcLegal Group gets essential to the case basics wrong OR ignores/overlooks your evidence at the preliminary stage. Is this an indicator of how their solicitors operate too? Very concerning.
I have had to remind ArcLegal representatives, repeatedly, that the surveyor is NOT a solicitor! They have referred to a neighbour's surveyor ( '' ' , '' ) again and again as the solicitor instead of the surveyor. Does this mean anyone with a letterhead and logo is a solicitor to ArcLegal? If no, then it means they are not paying attention to my evidence because why else do they keep referring and confusing a surveyor's status with a solicitor's? There's no mention of the word solicitor on the surveyor's documents! So why the confusion ArcLegal?
Very, very, very, very alarming that this status error (and more) are occuring so early in the case . Also the insistence in corresponding via email when there's a secure ArcLegal Group portal to upload confidential documents, is also concerning.
Should the neighbour carry out his legal threat of getting a solicitor (as stated in the 'surveyor's' letters), : " "?!?!?!
If there's a lackadaisical tone/attititude/actions that is showing up now, (preliminary gathering evidence stage), isn't that a forewarning of what's to come? A waste of money because lost my case before ink even drys on submission legal papers?
How? Just how did Nationwide home insurance choose Arclegal as partners?
How?
Oh boy! Reading the reviews and my initial experience so far, just what have I ticked a box and paid extra 'legal cover' for? Trouble? Headache? Loss of funds?

!!!!!!!!
EDIT: Also, looking back at the emails received so far, I note they say: "Here at Arc Legal we are insurance personnel and not legally trained. We therefore cannot respond to your legal queries ourselves"
Well that explains that then innit! Is this admission the reason for so many errors at my preliminary stage? Saying that, from reviews across the web, the solicitor stage is no better.
I've now decided, should bullying neighbour send solicitor letter, I won't be using ArcLegal to defend me and the last day for my house insurance with Nationwide can't come quick enough!!!!
