not to be trusted, he will take your money and not deliver the goods. Promises the earth and uses every excuse possible. We are seriously out of pocket, like many others and he doesnt care

We ordered a green house from Rutlands Sheds & Leisure Buildings (RSLB) in Feb, was told 10 week lead time, when we finally spoke to the manufacture 16 weeks later having been given have every excuse under the sun by Guy from RSLB they said they had been working to a 26 week lead for the last year so could not understand why RSLB would quote 10 week. RBLS took deliver in October, but did not arrive for any of the instillation dates they gave, without letting us know he was not coming, when we were occasionally able to hold of Guy (he rarely responds to text or calls )we were given excuse after excuse, we have finally taken delivery of the green house today but will be using someone else to install it. DO NOT USE

Had the misfortune to order and pay a substantial deposit for a workshop last year and once the order was taken never attended any pre-arranged site meetings - always had an excuse. Eventually I contacted the manufacturer directly as the building hadn't even been started although one of his excuses why he didn't turn up was that he was sheeting the building down! Gift of the gab 10/10, substance and customer care 0/10. In the end had to deal directly with the manufacturer, (Albany Sheds), who honoured the deposit and eventually supplied the building.
